Role Classifications:
- Engineer, Senior Engineer, Deputy Manager (QA/QC)
- Finance Officer and Associate Grades I, II, III
- HR Associate Grades I, II, III
- IT Associate Grades II, III
Eligibility and Experience
QA/QC Engineers (Offshore Projects)
Education: Full-time engineering degree
or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), or
related fields with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution.
Certifications (Mechanical): ASNT Level
II (UT, RT, MPT, PT) is mandatory. Certifications like ASNT Level III, CSWIP
3.1, or NACE Level I/II are preferred.
Experience: Post-qualification experience
in areas like offshore pipeline inspection, welding, non-destructive testing
(NDT), and compliance with standards such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO.
Finance & Accounts (F&A)
Education: Graduate in Commerce with
professional qualifications like CA or CMA preferred.
Experience: Knowledge of GST, income tax,
statutory compliances, and general accounting.
HR & Administration (HR&A)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
with a Diploma in Personnel Management. An MBA in HR or equivalent is
advantageous.
Experience: Proficiency in recruitment,
contract handling, and general administration.
Information Technology (IT)
Education: B.Sc. (IT) or BCA with a
minimum of 50% marks. Higher qualifications like MCA or M.Sc. (IT) are
preferred.
Experience: Hands-on experience in
software development, networking, and hardware management.
Job Locations
Initial postings will be in Mumbai or
Delhi, with the flexibility to work anywhere in India. Offshore assignments may
include travel and additional allowances as per company norms.
Salary Details
The monthly consolidated salary ranges
from ₹36,700 for Associate Grade-I to ₹62,250 for Deputy Managers (QA/QC).
Additional increments may apply for contract extensions.
General Information
- Positions
are contract-based for a year, extendable up to a maximum of three years.
- Reservations
and age relaxations will follow Government of India guidelines.
