Sub: APSS-SIEMAT- IIM,Ahmedabad - Program on Leadership for Excellence in Education for the Government School Heads--conduct of online Screening Assessment for the Willing School Heads on 7th October, 2022 from 2.00 p.m to 3.00 p.m- instructions- issued. All the District Educational Ofcers and Ex-Ofcio Project Coordinators of Samgra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh had introduced various educational reforms for the betterment of student’s and teachers for enhancing the quality of education. Further, the Government has given top priority for training of teachers and Head Masters for enhancing the teaching and administrative skills among the teachers and Head Masters in the State .
Further, it is informed that for enhancing the leadership qualities for Strategic Decision Making and to improve the Leadership Competencies to meet the school level requirements, it is decided to provide training to the Head Masters by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) , Ahmadabad in diferent batches.
In this regard it is proposed to conduct a online assessment for the willing Head Masters to select for IIMA Leadership training program through COBO link on 07.10.2022 from 2.00 Pm to 3.00 PM. The online assessment will be conducted for the Head Masters working in the managements of Zilla Parishad, Government, Municipal, KGBV, APREIS and Model Schools in the state.
The online Assessment will consist of 30 question each question carries 1 mark and the assessment will be of one hour . Further it is informed that the areas of school Leadership and basic language skills in English may be covered in the online assessment. The abode cited screening skills are mapped with the National Centre for School Leadership , NIEPA, New Delhi. After the The assessment the results will be evaluated/analyzed and the selected Head Masters may be send to the Leadership Training in diferent batches.
In this connection all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are directed to communicate the following guidelines to the Head Masters working in the managements of Zilla Parishat, Govt. Municipal, KGBV, APREIS and Model Schools in their respective districts.
The willing and interested Head Masters of Managements of Zilla Parishad Government, Municipal KGBV, APREIS and Model school should take this Online assessment
The Maximum age limit for appearing in the assessment is 57 years as on 30.06.2022.
The online screening assessment will be conducted on 7th October. 2022 from 2.00pm to 3.00 p.m
The first part of the screening test contains the Head Masters Personal and professional details/information
The second part of the sening test consist Multiple choicen questions spread across 4 section which are.
A) English Language B) Planning Review C) Problem solving D) Building relations & Collaborations
The above cited screening skills are mapped with the National Centre for School Leadership, NIEPA, New Delhi.
The Total Assessment i consists 30 questions, each question carries 1 mark and assessment duration will be one hour.
The interested and willing Head Masters will be provided leadership training from the IIM, Ahmedabad. The screening assessment by using the following KOBO link on 07.10.2022 from 2.00 Pm to 3.00 Pm
