జీతం: ఏడాదికి డిప్యూటీ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ పోస్టుకు రూ.45 లక్షలు; అసిస్టెంట్ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ పోస్టుకు రూ.35 లక్షలు; సీనియర్ స్పెషల్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ పోస్టుకు రూ.29 లక్షలు.
వయోపరిమితి: డిప్యూటీ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ పోస్టుకు 31-45 ఏళ్లు; అసిస్టెంట్ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ పోస్టుకు 29-42 ఏళ్లు; సీనియర్ స్పెషల్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ పోస్టుకు 27-40 ఏళ్లు మించకూడదు.
దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు: రూ.750; ఎస్సీ/ఎస్టీ/ పీడబ్ల్యూబీడీ అభ్యర్థులకు ఫీజులో మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది.
