Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education has released a Notification for 15 Posts namely Junior project fellow, Data Base Manager, Project Scientist and other posts on temporary basis. ICFRE Walkin Interview Dates are scheduled on 10th August 2023 and 11th August 2023 at 09.00 A.M. in the Board Room of FRI Main Building, P.O. New Forest, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun-248006.
ICFRE Recruitment 2023:
The interested and eligible candidates must bring the copy of bio-data along with recent passport size photograph, self attested copies of all educational certificates and relevant documents for submission to the office of Group Coordinator (Research), P.O. New Forest, FRI, Dehradun. No separate letter will be issued for attending the interview and No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview. Selection process is based on interview. ICFRE Recruitment 2023 – Educational Qualifications & Experience:
For Junior project fellow position candidate should have a First class M.Sc in Botany/ Chemistry/ soil science/ plant pathology/ forestry/ zoology with Specialization in organic chemistry one year working experience in the field or in an analytical laboratory.
For Data Base Manager position candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science
For Project Scientist position candidate should have a Doctorate degree in forestry/ environmental science/ ecology with Seven year experience in knowledge networking.
For Junior Research Fellow position candidate should a have First class M.Sc in forestry/environmental science/ ecology
For Senior Research Fellow position candidate should a have First class M.Sc in plant pathology
For Senior Project Fellow position candidate should a have First class M.Sc in Botany/ forestry/ bio technology
For Field Assistant position candidate should have a Intermediate in science

ICFRE Recruitment 2023 – Age Limit:
The Upper age limit for Project Scientist is 45 years, SRF/ SPF is 32 years, JRF/ JPF is 28 years and Database Manager is 35 years as on 01/06/2023.
ICFRE Salary Details:
Selected candidates will get a minimum salary of Rs.17,000/- to Rs.78,000/- per month
