While enclosing a copy of the reference read above , all the Regional Joint Director of School Education / District Educational Officers in the State are requested to follow the guidelines issued by the Government and issue necessary instructions to the concerned for celebrating Independence Day duly Covid - 19 guidelines .
The Regional Joint Director of School Education / District Educational Officers in the State are further informed that at District Level the flag shall be hoisted by the District Educational Officer / Regional Joint Director of School Education and at School Level it should be hoisted by the Chairman , Parents ' Committee . Treat this reference as MOST URGENT .
