Order:
1. All the District Educational Officers within the State
are informed that the sports and games in class encompass quite just
the advantage
of physical activity they increase self-esteem and mental
alertness of the
scholars .
2. Appropriate emphasis on school sports and
games is
important for each schoolchild .
3. Keeping in sight the importance of
sports and games in High Schools. The Annual Plan on education has been
prepared and provided herewith. The format of the inspection report on education is additionally enclosed.
4. All the Regional Joint Directors of faculty Education and therefore the District
Educational Officers within the State are, therefore, instructed that to
implement and monitor sports activities in schools and
see the subsequent measures
are undertaken properly for development of the sports: AP Schools education Year
Plans
(i) to make sure that the
Annual Plan is communicated to all or any the High Schools and PETs of the
district immediately.
(ii) Appropriate instructions should tend to
the Deputy Educational Officers, R-I-P-E, DIET education Lecturers to form periodical
inspections, review the sports activities in schools and submit the
report within
the format, appended to those proceedings.
(iii) Issue appropriate instructions to the top Masters
of High Schools to organize an action plan for conducting games
regularly involving the varsity Management Committee.
(iv) to make sure that the
HMs/PETs/S-A (Physical Education) of the faculties take
requisite steps to mobilize the oldsters and native donors to
support sports activities within the school and in conducting inter-school
games.
(v) Take requisite steps to mobilize the
donations from the organizations/persons for the development of the
sports and games in of the faculties .
The above instructions should be followed
scrupulously and action is taken report be submitted within the matter from
time to time.
