WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF SENIOR RESIDENT (REGULAR) & SENIOR RESIDENT AGAINST GDMO FOR ONE YEAR
Note: Periodical Interview on 3rd Wednesday & Thursday of every alternate month for next 6 calendar months shall be conductedfor the various vacancies in rio Senior Residents (Regular) & Senior Residents against GDMOfor One year as per the requirement arising. The vacancy position shall be uploaded on
2nd Wednesday of every month on the website. In case of a holiday falling on 2nd Wednesdayl3rd
Wednesday & Thursday, the schedule of loading vacancy position & conducting of Interview respectively shall be on next working day by default. Corrigendum whenever issued will also be displayed on website

• 3% of total posts are reserved for person with disabilities (PWD, OL, OA, & ND)
• Total 06 posts are reserved for EWS category i.e "Medicine-02, Plastic Surgery-Ol , Anaesthesia-
01, Blood Bank-Ol and Nephrology-Ol" 10% of total number of vacant posts to advertised under
EWS category as per DOPT circular no. NO.36039 1120 19-Estt(Res) Dated: 3l.0l.20l9

• 3% of total posts are reserved for person with disabilities (PWD, OL, OA, & ND)
• Total 03 posts are reserved for EWS i.e. c c Surgery -01 & Nephrology-Or 10% of total number of vacant posts to be advertised EWS category as per DOPT circular no. NO.36039112019-Estt(Res)Dated: 31.01.2019.
Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Interview (Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWDand all others as per central government rule). OBC candidates are required to submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Proforma (not more than one year old) from the date of Interview.
Qualification/Eligibility & Emoluments:
For Senior Residents in Broad Specialities:
1. MBBSand PGDegree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university.
2. Non PG Doctors with two year experience in relevant Medical Speciality can also apply for SR in department of Medicine, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine and Casualty department. However preference will be given to candidates holding postgraduate degree. Candidates having atleast one year experience in government medical institute/hospital will be given preference.
For Senior Residents in Super Specialities:
3. a) MBBSand PGDegree or Diploma in concerned superspecialty from recognized university.
b) If candidates possessing PG degree in the concerned super specialty are not available, those possessing PG degree in Medicine will be considered for medical super specialties departments such as gastroenterology, nephrology and cardiology etc. Similarly, candidates possessing PG degree in Surgery will be considered for Surgical super specialties departments such as Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, CTVSOnco-Surgery,etc.
4. Emoluments: As per rules applicable.
5. In case candidate who is selected for Senior Resident (3 year) resigns/terminates his/her contract within 09 months of commencement of the contract with or without prior notice, the amount of Rs.
30000/- deposited as Security Money will be forfeited.
6. In case candidate who is selected for Senior Resident against GDMO (1 year) resigns/terminates his/her contract within 03 months of commencement of the contract with or without prior notice, the amount of Rs.30,000/- deposited as Security Money will be forfeited.
I erms and Conditions:
(1) Final No. of vacancies may vary.
(2) Candidates who have completed 3 years Senior Residencyfrom any Govt. Institute need not appear for interview for 3 year SRpost.
(3) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in interview.
(4) The candidate who is in Service for a tenure of more than or equal to 1 year should submit "No
Objection Certificate" from the employer at the time of interview.
(5) The selected candidate will have to furnish a DO/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs. 30,000/ (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) drawn in favor of IiESISaving Fund Account No.2" payable at New Delhi, towards security deposit.
(6) 3% of total 62 posts for SR under 3 years residency scheme and 3 % of total 33 posts for SR against
GOMO for 1 year on contractual basis respectively are reserved for the person with disabilities (PWD
ot, OA, & ND).
(7) 06 post of Senior Resident (Regular) are reserved for EWScategory i.e Medicine-02, Plastic Surgery"
01, Anaesthesia-01, Blood Bank-Oland Nephrology-01 and 03 post of Senior Resident against GOMO (1 year) are reserved for EWScategory i.e. Surgery -01 & Nephrology-02.
(8) The candidates who wish to appear for both Senior Resident (3Years) and Senior Resident against
GDMO (lyear) posts, shall be required to apply separately for each post.
(9) In case of non-appearance of eligible candidates for the post of Senior Resident (Regular), the vacancy in Critical Departments like Anaesthesia, Radiology, General Medicine, Cardiology and Surgical Oncology may be filled by SRfor 39 days which may be renewed for another 39 days or till the post is filled in the next regular interview by eligible candidate whichever is earlier. In this tenure of 39 days, category reservation will not be applicable.
All eligible and Interested candidates may appear for walk-in-interview alongwith all the testimonials in original and their one self-attested copy as per-schedule of "Walk-in-interview" on the date & time mentioned against their respective specialty.
Documents reguired:-
1. Age proof
2. MBBS Certificate.
3. Two Photographs (PP Size).
4. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates. OBC candidates are required to submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Proforma, not more than one year old from the date of Interview.
5. PG Degree/Diploma Certificate.
6. DMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification
7. No Objection Certificate from present employer, if applicable
8. Experience Certificates, if applicable
9. Income and Asset certificate from issuing Authority as per DOPT letter no. 36039/1/2019- Estt.(Res) dated 31 st January, 2019 must be submitted for the reservation for EWS Category.
Application Fee:-
Demand draft of Rs.300/-. In case of candidate belongs to SC/ST - Rs. 75/- (Non Refundable) drawn in favour of "ESIC Saving Fund Account No.2" payable at New Delhi, PWD and female candidates are exempted from payment of Fee.
